Victoria Mintey,
Actor, Trainer & Coach
Victoria was born and raised in Northern Ireland. Since her lead role as "the naughty sunbeam" aged 4 she has adored the performing arts.
After graduating from the University of Durham with a Bachelors in Psychology and Anthropology, Victoria was accepted into Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts to study Performance and Musical Theatre.

She is a professional actor with a Masters in Performance and enjoys roles in musicals, Shakespeare, fringe theatre, television, voice over, cabaret and more. Being on stage is her happy place.
​
Alongside her acting work, Victoria is a public speaking coach and trainer based in Singapore.
​
She has worked with C-Suite and top executives from companies such as GSK, LinkedIn, Spotify, P&G, NUS, Frasers, Microsoft, AIA, and more. Having lived in Asia since 2011, Victoria has worked with people from a thrilling mix of countries and cultures.

Storytelling for Business
Victoria combines her vast experience in the corporate training room with a BSc in Psychology and Anthropology, a Masters Degree in Performance and her ongoing career in the theatre industry, to offer her unique approach to professional development workshops and communication skills coaching - she brings a fresh energy and performer's insight to presentation skills and storytelling training. Victoria has an actor's curiosity for people and how they communicate and influence one another. This has seen her become a passionate coach and facilitator. Her workshops are designed to help teams and individuals hit all the right notes in business pitches and presentations. Using theatre methods to help clients improve their confidence and presentation skills, and using role play for problem solving in interpersonal business scenarios, Victoria creates practical and personable sessions to equip you for any audience.

Performance Work
Upon gaining her Masters degree, from Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, Victoria took roles in London theatre productions such as Elegies for Angels, Punks and Raging Queens (Chelsea Theatre), Me and My Girl (London Palladium) and had the opportunity to originate roles in new musicals The Attic (Theatre Royal Haymarket) and Speed Dating (Jermyn Street Theatre).
Victoria was then offered a lead vocalist role with Royal Caribbean International and travelled the globe performing in a diverse range of on board productions and expanding her singing repertoire.
Based in Singapore since 2011, Victoria works with a host of leading names in the Arts community in Singapore including: Pangdemonium, Singapore Repertory Theatre, The Little Company, Sing'Theatre, Wag the Dog Theatre, Buds Theatre, Mediacorp, Channel News Asia.
In 2017, she established Wag the Dog Theatre - Singapore's first co-op theatre company. She has leant her voice to commercials for British Airways, Mercedes and BBC Worldwide.
