What We'll Do in Each Session
Warm ups
We’ll use theatre warm ups to build good energy in the room & get you using your voice and body in a dynamic way.
Presentations
Each session, you’ll be asked to come prepared to speak on particular topics. You’ll be gently guided into the spotlight and have a chance to try out your material.
Feedback
After you present, you’ll get feedback from both the group as well as myself - that you can take and use in the real world.
